Penny Prophets are a Rock band. This genus, known for its screaming solos, rhythmic tightness, psychedelic freak-outs, and sexual suggestion was thought to be extinct. These majestic creatures dominated stadiums and auditoriums throughout the 1970's, but by the late 1980's had all but disappeared. Some blamed invasive species like the drum machine, some pointed to a punk asteroid from "f@#king outer space," others assumed the Devil had reneged on his side of the bargain.
But in 2009, Penny Prophets appeared. You may be surprised how loud a dinosaur can roar.
